What is the best way to clean ceiling fans?

When cleaning a ceiling fan use a microfiber duster cloth. You can also find extension poles to reach the fan better. Remember to dust not only the bottom of fan blades but the top, along with the motor.  Wear eye protection to keep from getting dust in your eyes.  You may need a safety ladder to reach high areas. For heavy duty build up of dust, use a multi-purpose spray on the blades and wipe each blade individually.
