TO BUILT -UP GREASE FROM GLASS TOP OVEN AND OVER HEAD RANGE.

Typically,

Merry Maids would recommend mixing a paste from baking soda and water to remove tough grease stains on stoves. However, you must be careful not to scratch or etch a glass-top stove. One of the main issues with these stoves is that if spills aren't wiped away immediately, the food essentially becomes "baked on" the surface.

One of the best ways to clean grease in the kitchen area is simple liquid dishwashing  detergent. Mix a few drops with hot water and tack the range hood. You may wish to use a stiff brush around the vents on the hood. While you're cleaning don't worry about drips onto the stove, because you'll want to wet those heavily caked areas by laying a warm cloth to soften the built-up grease. Once you've washed and dryed the range hood, then tackle the greasy stovetop. You may want to use a plastic putty knife to scrape the glasstop stove, then wipe away any remaining grease.
