Hi Arleta,
Since mildew tends to grow in dark damp areas, drag that slide out of storage and shed some light on the situation. You may want to mix a bucket of water and bleach (1/2 cup per gallon) to scrub down any visible signs of mildew where water may have been left standing. Then let nature do the job. The sunlight, fresh air and fun should help eliminate any musty odors left from winter.
